1) Attend an Open House or Campus Tour
Call 386.734.3005 to attend any Friday at Noon or to Schedule an Appointment
2) Student Tour or Student Shadow
3) Apply Online: This process is user friendly and allows you to enter information at any time. Click on the online application link, establish a user name and password, and then complete the forms. The non-refundable online application fee is $67.00. http://mytads.com/a/StBarnabas
Once the application is completed online with the $67.00 payment, the student will be placed on a provisional status until the entire admissions process has been completed.
Application Deadline: St. Barnabas will continue to accept applications for admissions after February 29, 2012. Late applications will be placed on a provisional status until a space becomes available.
The following documentation needs to be submitted:
Report Cards (Entering 1st-8th grades) for 2010-2011 & 2011-2012
Most Recent Standardized/FCAT Testing (Entering 4th-8th grades)
Teacher Recommendations (1 for Pre-K – 5th grades & 2 for 6th – 8th grades).

Submission Instructions: Please fax report cards, standardized test results, and completed teacher recommendation form(s) to 612.548.3323 or mail to TADS Admissions Management 1201 Hawthorne Ave., Ste. 100, Minneapolis, MN 55403 . You may also scan and upload these documents to http://www.tads.com/docupload
4) Admissions Testing (Entering 1st-8th grades)
Wednesdays 3:30-5:00 pm
$25 Fee (non-refundable) payment with online application
